The Conservation & Planning Group, on behalf of the Civic Society, have the following comments regarding this Application:

This application will, if approved, completely renovate the house which is in a very poor state, and extend it to create a modern family house. The distinctive art deco appearance of the existing house will be retained, and new additions will be clearly identified visually. The group are pleased that the house, which is unlisted, is to be retained and enhanced.
